All cancellation requests will be processed within 72 hours.

If your account is 30 days old or less, you are entitled to a refund under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Setup fees or domain registration charges are always non-refundable.

Fees will only apply if:

*You cancel your hosting account during our 30 day money back guarantee. We will give a full refund of the hosting fees and you will be billed $12.95 for the domain MoonChild Direct registered on your behalf.  The amount of your refund will be reduced by the registration fee for your new domain name ($12.95).
In the event that your hosting fee refund does not cover your domain registration fee, you will be charged for the remainder amount owed.

*You cancel your hosting account within the first 3 months of service, you will be billed for the $12.95 domain registration fee.
